Prior to coming to the firm, Ms. Carolina worked at an employment boutique firm and handled a vast array of cases in the employment context on both the Plaintiff and Defense sides with emphasis on litigating Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and FMLA. Prior to that time, Ms. Carolina worked at one of the largest insurance defense firms in Houston with an emphasis on first-party insurance litigation and coverage as well as third party defense. Currently, Ms. Carolina focuses her practice on human resources consulting, representation of physicians before the Texas Medical Board, business transactions, employment litigation and general civil litigation. Ms. Carolina also has her certification in Electronic Discovery in which she is certified to conduct data management and harvesting for production. Also, as part of certification, she has experience in working with data recovery vendors to recover and "footprint" data.
